RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If it’s not the right fit, we’re here to help.

You can return items for a refund or store credit within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

• Clearance items

• Custom items

• Any items marked “Non-Returnable”

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.

To start a return please call us on 800.890.1501 for more help. When you call we’ll need to know your name, order number and the issue date.

REFUNDS POLICY

You can receive a refund to Store Credit or to your original payment method, minus return shipping costs as per our Return Policy.

For store credit we’ll credit your account within 1-3 business days once we’ve received notification that you have returned your item(s).

For credit card refunds, we’ll begin issuing your refund once we’ve received notification that you have returned your item(s). Most banks will process the refund within 3-5 business days.

For all other refund methods, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to fully process your return and issue your refund.

Ships via LTL Freight. Shipping rates apply

Due to the size and weight of our hedges items must be shipped by truck. Therefore, delivery can take one to three weeks depending on location. 

Here’s a list of steps regarding this kind of shipment.

1) Your order gets picked up from our warehouse. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email to let you know your order is on its way

2) Your order is shipped to a local delivery agent. A carrier transports your order to a delivery professional in your area.

3) When the local delivery agent has your order, they will contact you to schedule a delivery date and set a time window.

4) The delivery driver will unload the hedge(s) and place them curbside outside your home or business location.

5) Carefully check the condition and packaging of your order. If you have any concerns, describe the issue on the delivery receipt provided by the driver.

If you require additional help carrying the hedges to their final destination you will need to either get the assistance of a family member or you could use an app like takl.com. They have, for a nominal fee, folks who will come help you carry the hedges from the street to where you want them placed.
